Proposal & Contract Coordinator Sales Assistance Group Indirect Sales
CurrentThe Proposal & Contract Coordinator is the first customer contact within the Sales process, next to the Account Manager (office staff, next to the field staff). The Proposal & Contract Coordinator advices the Corporate and SME customers to the right solution, investigates their requirements, gives them appropriate advice on prices and solutions, makes proposals and contracts and registers the final order.The Proposal & Contract Coordinators manage the relationship with existing (fixed) customers, in both the Corporate and SME segment. The Proposal & Contract Managers work both in mobile and fixed and both for Direct and Indirect Sales.Tasks:• Answers questions of Enterprise customers in the Sales phase• Investigates customer requirements• Gives Enterprise customers appropriate advice on solutions and pricing• Makes customer offers• Makes customer contracts• Informs Enterprise customers about delivery times• Follow-up with customers in order to get a signed contract• For customer cases that can’t be handled by phone, the Proposal & Contract Coordinator supports Account Managers, Solutions Sales, Partner and Dealer Managers in the sales process• Supplies information about customer installed base, portfolio, pricing, running contracts and other customer specific information• Executes availability checks for fiber and DSL• Calculates usage and pricing for fixed voice customers
