At Slimstock I oversee and execute the implementation of our forecasting & inventory management tool Slim4. I am the lead consultant for the Canadian market responsible for ensuring the quality of the implementations delivered by my colleagues and for training and mentoring new hires. In addition I take the lead in large implementation projects. As a senior consultant I am also involved in pre-sales initiatives, supply chain optimization projects and implementing supply chain metrics.

As of 2015 I moved to Canada to become a consultant for the North American market. In this role I was responsible for the implementation of our demand & supply planning software tool Slim4. As an implementation specialist I handled project management, user training and software customization and was I responsible for supporting our local sales team in a pre-sales role.

In this role I was responsible for market research at an internet start-up based in Amsterdam. Main responsibilities were conducting market research (competitor analysis), selection of suppliers, and QA testing of our software.

Arnhem

During this internship I conducted research in the field of procurement at consultancy firm specialized in purchasing and procurement. Aim was to discover which strategic initiatives procurement departments in healthcare, educational and utilities organizations had lined up for the coming year. From this research I wrote a business plan for my organization which they could utilize to approach these markets.
