Forecast, schedule, and coordinate all aspects of daily production. Utilize Plex as our ERP system, as well as Excel for data tracking. Also manage all inventory functions within the plant, as well as all shipping and receiving of production materials.

Work in conjunction with the production planner and plant manager to ensure quality parts are made, and delivered on time. Involved in all aspects, including: scheduling, training, Agile/5S, etc.

As a mill operator, I operated a large spectrum of equipment in the process of making quality finished goods. This included: hydraulic uncoiler, flatener, a multitude of press's, roll form mill, rf welders, laser welder, coil end welders, hydraulic cut off, AMS units, deburring equipment, and more. I was also a 5S team leader at Superior Roll Forming. As a team leader, I played a key roll in maintaining a visual factory. It was vital to assure all processes were easily notifiable. That ensured the easy flow of product, from start to finish.

In this position, I was responsible for all aspects of the production process. My job duties included: ensuring quality products were being produced, operating all machinery involved in the process of manufacturing, supervising personnel, reworking any nonconforming materials, minor building and equipment repairs, packing product to be shipped, loading/unloading trucks, inventory, and scheduling.
