• My duties included but not limited to,
• Participate in the development, review and updating of SWM’s
• Daily planning including appropriate allocation of work to scaffold teams
• Attend and participate in morning briefing and afternoon debriefing
• Amend daily plan as required
• Liaise with other Superintendents and client representatives in relation to Interface Management and project Scope

All aspects of scaffolding/scaffolder management, direct supervision,material hire,planning,labour resource,consultation,all administration,monitor safe system of work,auditing,liase with client-EPCM & PM, report directly to PM

All aspects of scaffold supervision,planning,auditing,consultation,liasing with EPCM-Management-trades & work force,monitor safe systems of work

Area supervisor was more of a superintendent role, report directly to PM, give support to the supervisors under my direction,liase with EPCM,monitor safe systems of work,planning,administration,IR/ER,auditing,work place inspections

As scaffolding coordinator for AGC P&I I was responsible for scoping & organising all scaffold requirements for the Painting & Insulation contract on the PLUTO LNG project WA. This was acheived through a scaffold request system on a 6 week look ahead liasing with EPCM Foster wheeler Worley & third party contractors CAPE/ MAS/ AGC smpAdditional duties.
