Environmental Specialist (Ldar)
Current•Work in accordance with state and federal regulations and consent decree with E.P.A., TCEQ, Clean Air Act, and Storing data for annual calculating emission rates in the petroleum facility. Working ethically and in line with stringent Health, Safety, & Environmental requirements. •Test for hydrocarbon leaks (VOC), providing guidance for identifying, determining, and correctly reporting equipment leak fugitive emissions from piping components and associated equipments such as (e.g., valves, pumps, connectors, compressors, and agitators) and to minimize fugitive volatile organic compounds (VOC) and hazardous air pollutants (HAP) emissions.• Knowledge of (NSPS) New Source Performance Standards, (NESHAP) National Emission Standards for Hazardous air pollutants, (MACT) Maximum Achievable Control Technology, and,(Hazardous Waste Handling). BWON, HON. Assist with MOC's.
