I am the Head Trainer at Black Sheep Performance. I am passionate about health and fitness. I also believe I am very diverse in what I do. I work with athletes from 4th grade all the way to the collegiate teaching them in depth knowledge and understanding of speed (acceleration, top end speed, deceleration), movement, agility, mobility/stability and strength. I have also assisted in some Pro Football training. I also really enjoy working with the general public as I have helped in weight loss, muscle gain and post rehab such as ACL, MCL, spinal fusions, spinal cages and hip replacements. I come from a background of a heart condition called Monomorphic Ventricular Tachycardia. I am currently working with Childrens Heart Association of Cincinnati to put on an annual charity event for kids with CHD. The event will be called Kickstart The Heart Bootcamp consisting of a workout and live DJ and block party after where kids will get a chance to compete and have fun themselves! It will involve bringing the community together to not only workout but also bring awareness to the 40,000 kids a year being born with some type of congenital heart defect.
