Annual revenues of nearly $ 1 billion and $ 600 million in net profit.Build and manage a team of engineers and technicians to manage its networks.● As a member of the executive committee of the SEJQ: - Participate in the triennial planning; - Develops the annual Engineering Action Plan;● Managed the team to build a five-year plan to maintain, repair, and update game devices based on a replacement after 2024.● Led the engineering team to reduce the number of service calls on VLTs by 50% by making several corrections, among other things, by designing a protector for the VLT button panels, obtaining a VLT availability rate over 99.8%, the best rate across Canadian jurisdictions;● First jurisdiction in North America to have designed and deployed on its entire fleet of VLT a USB connection for customers to recharge their electronic devices influencing manufacturers of gaming machines to offer a similar connection on new devices;● Developed an efficient and effective service structure with the engineering team to draft and improve the requests for proposals for the Central Workshop contracts and the VLT Maintenance and Technical Services for the VLT Network, the Kinzo and Bingo solutions;● Orchestrated a plan to rationalize the budgets of Operations Engineering to reduce annual budgets by 15% over a period of 10 years for the maintenance of VLTs;● Organized slot machine management systems analysis to test and deploy the best solution in Quebec gaming halls to save over $ 1.5M in miscellaneous fees and licenses;

Leading the G3 Program which consisted of renewing the gaming solution including a central system, 12000 VLTs in 2000 establishments all over the province of Quebec, 2300 VLT Management Terminals and a telecom network (Internet) within the four-year timeframe and $250M budget with a team of more than 75 people.● Written and had G3 Program justification approved (solution history, proposed solution, schedule, costs and benefits);● Define the new specifications of the VLTs, the central system, the VLT management terminals and the telecommunications network in accordance with the laws and regulations of Québec;● Achieved a budget saving of $40M in the negotiation of contracts for VLTs, the central system and the telecommunications network;● Developed service providers information packages for the deployment of the G3 Solution including VLTs and VLT Management Terminals reception, staging, logistics, warehousing and installation in all the establishments;● Set up the infrastructure for the main central system, the first-level redundancy system and the backup site;● Obtained the certification of the G3 Solution from the “Direction Corporative de la Conformité des Appareils et Système de Jeux de Loto-Québec”;● Deployed the entire fleet in less than 9 months in all Quebec gaming establishments;● Launched, in parallel with the deployment of the G3 Solution, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) from Siebel to manage the SEJQ VLT Operations.

Averna is a leader in the Test Engineering Service industry providing test solutions to a wide range of manufacturing companies in North America.Responsible for Project Management and Operations for both the Montreal and Toronto Offices: • Supervision of the project management office consisting of five Engineers and one senior technician, the new technical proposal writer team for Averna for all their proposals, the Averna office in Toronto and their production contracts (about 155 people including a senior office manager); • Re-definition the Project Management Office roles and responsibilities to improve project success rate; Instead of being in charge of maintaining the schedules, the status reports (project health) and all the paperwork classically filed by the Project Manager, I changed their roles and responsibilities so they would be involved technically in the project; • Scrubbed and Re-organized the potential sales process using Microsoft CRM by adding additional features, such as a Request for Quote tab, re-defining the sales process (Per Diem, Controlled Per Diem, Turn-key and Proligent), adding another tab to give proposal status to the Proposal office and Sales and Marketing; • Developing the new proposal process to streamline and improve accuracy, time and ease of use by the Sales and Marketing department; • Creation of the Proposal Office and hiring of the office manager; • In collaboration with the Toronto Operations Manager, restructuration the Toronto office in order to start up a manufacturing facility to produce turn-key value-added test systems for a wide range of customers.

IP5 is a company which has developed automated dialer technology.Gexel is a fast growing call center which develops a prized expertise as technical support center for companies such as Videotron. Responsible for all aspect of the SW development and for the production related to IP5 product and all IT infrastructures re-engineering activities for Gexel:• Managing a team of approximately 25 employees working in our offices in Montréal and Magog;• Implementing a procedural system to help the development of software projects;• Launching a new project to stabilize and improve the scalability of the eMerge software solution for IP5 (eMerge is an innovative, interactive and automated telecommunications technology solution that makes it possible to instantly reach a group of people and process responses in real time). By breaking the H/W and S/W structure in multiple servers and more specialized functions, the call capacity was increased by 300% to 400%;• Structuring the test methodology by putting in place test processes at the development and production stages to assure that production would not be affected by new SW releases; New test cases were developed as well for new campaign introduction in production; • Aligned the IT team at Gexel with the corporate expansion plans, including the re-structuration of the IT department in order to better support the agents in the call centers provide our managers and customers with several types of reports and a Web based tools to define their own reports and better follow the productivity of their agents; Gexel went from 150 agents in 3 sites to more than 500 agents in 1 year;• Re-engineered the three Gexel call centers (Magog, Montréal and Place d’Armes) in order to meet required performance of the new Web based Call Center S/W (Vocalcom.net) in each site and to put in place the new Web reporting tools we planned to develop; The new server structure put in place could support up to 3 times the actual capacity.

Coordinator for the development of the new 4000 VoIP Access Device:• Re-organized the Verification Test group structure to meet with new company test standards;• Prepared a business case for the Test Automation project using Proligent Test sequencer from Averna Technologies. Within one year of work, we increased the productivity of the Verification group by more than 500% on any of their material platform. We also increased the test coverage by more than 300%; • Hired four new Test Engineers specialized in test automation and Networking as well as a Senior Test Engineer Consultant;• Took management responsibilities of the H/W Development group which developed their new 4000 series of VoIP digital products;• Took management responsibilities of the Information Technology group;• Performed Contract Manufacturer evaluation for high volume production of Mediatrix ADSL box.
