I have had the opportunity to deliver Real Runners career development programme (CDP), which has involved delivering an impeccable one to one customer services to teachers. This included delivering, observing and advising them on how to deliver an outstanding athletics lesson whilst being observed by Ofsted. On top of this I have been responsible for organising a number of different events for Real Runners, including athletics camps, children races and workshops for PE teachers and sports development staff, Risk assessments, safe guarding procedures and fundamentally delivering and excellent service which is inclusive for all, including any medical conditions and disabilities.
