Netherlands funded global "Bridging the Gaps" program on key populations, aiming for universal access to HIV/STI prevention, treatment, care and support for sex workers, LGBT people and people who use drugs (http://www.hivgaps.org/). Duties include verification and analysis of all M&E data of the program; leading the implementation of the Bridging the Gaps operational research agenda; identification of trends, lessons learned and insights from operational research; production of thematic reports including recommendations; generation and sharing of knowledge with relevant stakeholders.

Provide monitoring, evaluation, and research support for USAID/Capacity Project (international health workforce support). Spatial and socio-demographic data support for Emergency Preparedness Demonstration Program for Disadvantaged Communities in the United States. Responsible for secondary data analysis, data collection, data management, data analysis, selection of multiple demonstration sites based on spatial and demographic criteria, vulnerability analysis, creation of vulnerability indices, production of high quality maps for fieldwork, and survey design. Funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) (05–06);Project management for behavioral research project on flood mitigation decision making among repetitively flooded property owners.
