I am expected to use my skills in database management and spreadsheet analysis to help the organization increase cash flows, inventory turns, our customers’ satisfaction, and employee productivity.”

Forecasting Participate in weekly forecasting calls with Benelux storesEnsure product life cycle in the forecast: new product launches, end of life.Identify, communicate variances and collaborate with Marketing RPM and CMM / stores to improve forecast over time Planning Drive integration of demand with supply matching and rest of supply chain groups for the weekly and monthly process Ensure integration with allocation process Replenishment Collaborate with other departments and customers to ensure customer orders are in line with CPFR POS and receipt forecasting plan Drive to eliminate / reduce any factors that create discrepancies such order patterns and policies Inventory Participate in inventory target definition and setup in the tool / process at both aggregate and SKU level to meet channel, customer and Logitech goals Drive agreement on safety stock to meet channel, customer and Logitech goals Develop plan and collaborate with other departments and customer to meet inventory goals Provide reports & analysis Establish, maintain, monitor and analyze performance metrics related to CPFR program and objectivesReporting & Analysis Provide mgmt reports & analysis of key metrics, performance results and critical changes to quarterly plan
