Manage all HR functions of the chicken processing complex, with various plants and multiple areas. Responsible for the HR administration for over 3000 employees. Responsible for the hiring of hourly and salaried positions, keeping the plants staffed at 108% crewing, investigations, data entry, SAP entry, benefits, turnover, terminations, and all other HR duties involved as the complex HR manager. Monitor turnover, employee conflict, interviews, training, supervisor training, employee efficiency, and hourly punch processes. Manage daily HR functions with an emphasis on employee retention and engagement. Manage the distribution of payroll information and benefit information. Oversaw the benefit administration and enrollment. Supervised the HR office of 15 employees with 4 direct reports.

Involved with all functions of Human Resources including, new hire on-boarding, attendance tracking, Kronos, SAP, peoplesoft, employee relations, and employee progression. I am responsible to maintain the internal bid system (employee growth) at JBS and monitor the progression of all employees who are willing to move within the organization. I have been involved with unemployment claims, hearings and cases, maintaining employee data and files, and updating information, interviewing, hiring, recruiting and applicant tracking. I have a broad Understanding of employment case law, FMLA, ADA, EEO and other legal aspects of HR and employment law.
