- Developing and executing marketing activities in line with strategic objectives as developed in consultation with General Manager including but not limited to: ~Project management of all marketing campaign activity undertaken for the Business Tourism sector in partnership with stakeholders. Including; the active selling of the region to potential clients of the benefits in selecting the Hunter Valley as their next event location; attendance at key industry trade events, activity networking to develop stronger relationships in order to secure business. ~Responsible for overseeing partnership campaigns and activities with regional destination partners in the greater Hunter Region. ~Develop season tactical campaign from concept to in-market delivery including packaging of products to ensure consumer buying. ~Responsible for the implementation of ongoing website maintenance and development of social media initiatives. ~Coordinate and host familiarisation programmes with key domestic and international trade representative to showcase the products and features of the region first hand. ~Assist in writing quarterly Board Reports - Project manage the production of the Hunter Valley Magazine, a bi-annual visitor publication, for seven issues including launch. - Project manage the production of the annual official Hunter Valley Map publication.- Manage the reservations team of the Association that are provide Accommodation and Tour Bookings - Responsible for the business development role in securing new members with the Association and manage expectations of those members to ensure mutually beneficial relationships. - Manage P&L for all projects responsible for delivering.- Responsible for meeting with key stakeholders on a quarterly basis to ensure expectations are being meet and how improvements, if required, can be made to enhance return on investment.
