This is a part-time, project based position evaluating questions from Junior High and High School state mandated tested for either measurement, and/or graduation. I am assigned to science projects in physical science, physics, chemistry, and biology. Projects usually run for weeks, then a small break, then another project. I was promoted to Team Leader in June 2016. This involved managing team member’s daily production, accuracy, training, and daily guidance on evaluating the answers.

Working as a Business Consultant on a ISO9001:2008 project. Project was at SAS Automation in Xenia, OH. The goal of the project was to audit the company, update policies and procedures, and advise the company of any potential improvement opportunities, and potential issues. Between 10/17/2016 – 12/11/2016 I created 30 process maps and flow charts, and completed a review and update of SAS Automation Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives. Over 80 Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and operating documents, and reports were updated and/or revised. Worked as a contract employee at Hill-Rom, Batesville IN in the Quality Assurance/ Regulatory Agency (QA/RA) department compiling data and setting up reports for the entire Batesville operation. I did statistical analysis on the data that is collected and designed reports for process owners.

Responsible for purchasing and inventory control departments. Responsible for all production raw materials, production support (MRO) purchases, and all office supply, cleaning supply, etc. to support the offices. The suppliers were both domestic and international, with a heavy emphasis on domestic. I had three buyers/purchasing agents, and a purchasing assistant that worked directly for me.
