I have been chosen as a Lead Technician in the Cincinnati Branch for Safe Haven Security. I have been blessed to properly protect families this year and am on track to end the year with over $100,000 in sales. The time spent in this position has allowed me to evolve in my ability to effectively build rapport with customers on a more personal level. This position is performance based and one of the requirements is to work with the homeowners and utilize rapport to help them customize the products to be installed with the goal of meeting the customers wants and needs for their specific home. When done successfully the customer understands the benefits of the different pieces of equipment for their needs as well as the value behind these components which prompts them to purchase upgrades and additional equipment. My first day after orientation and training was July 21, 2021. My sales at years end were $38,761. Prior to taking this position I was working for Safe Haven as a Relocation Manager (Knocking on New Homeowners doors to get them signed up for ADT Monitoring). During my time as a Relocation Manager approximately 70 families signed up for ADT Monitoring through me. This position was 100% commission based and I simply was not able to develop the proper skills to succeed which prompted me to make the transition to the installation side of the company. Before coming to Safe Haven I worked for an industrial piping company for eight and a half years. Starting out as a helper and advancing to a Quality Control/Shop Coordinator position. While in this position I would receive and confirm all materials to be used for fabrication, order and receive consumables for project, document welds, populate weld maps, coordinate third party testing of finished product, assist with staging and loadouts, document loads for shipping and create turnover packages for clients.
