CurrentWhile working for this company I have done a many positions to learn all aspects of working on the gas network. I have worked closely alongside of a Team leader replacing and installing a new gas main supply on the network for the last 2 years, I have recently passed my service laying course so I am a fully qualified service layer within northern gas networks.Prior I have been a reinstatement team leader managing the reinstatement of the completed projects with Attention to detail to the correct regulations. Every day I deal with customers informing them of project changes / updates and continuing to help them where I can, customer care is key in my day to day routine
