'The Living Room' was a Restaurant and Bar concept with 15 sites nationwide alongside a Bar group of 4 sites called Prohibition.Both concepts we sold to Premium Bars and Restaurants an AIM listed business.

I founded Living Ventures along with Tim & Jeremy. We developed a Restaurant and Bar group operating 34 restaurants nationwide over 3 brands .We developed and rolled out The Living Room restaurant and bar brand along with a Bar brand called Prohibition with the assistance of Bowmark Private Equity and TRG PLC.We also purchased 19 Italian restaurants called Est Est Est from TRG.

Life Restaurants was a joint venture with Marstons PLC, set up by Tim Bacon, Dave Hinds and Jeremy Roberts and we developed a mid level restaurant chain called Via Vita, after 6 sites we sold the concept to Wolverhampton and Dudley PLC.We then developed a brand called Life Cafe which was a Restaurant, bar, Live music and late night concept which we sold to Whitbred PLC.
