Working with other BA's in the New England area, I represent Nulo's brand in within their Worcester district which encapsulates much of central Massachusetts. The main goal being to promote Nulo as a brand, converting pet owners to Nulo lovers rather than translating success based of direct sales + engagement. I mainly work autonomously, however there are frequent meetings with other team members to make sure we are all on the same page.

I take photos of individuals, groups, clubs, products, and everything else. My mission is to provide intimate style photos paired with informational stories about the everyday individual’s passions, shining a spotlight on their uniqueness and individuality while getting their stories to others. Since I established myself as an actual business I also have began learning and getting better at image editing on mainly Adobe Lightroom and partially Adobe Photoshop.

Working with a group of full time custodians, I aided in cleaning and reorganizing multiple schools in the Walpole Public Schools. The job required dedication starting at 6 A.M. and ending at 2 P.M. Monday through Friday, coupled with the quick pace in order to completely clean the school before the new academic year. Requiring a relentless energy in order to continually move heavy furniture and work with countless chemicals daily.

I worked at Farmer at the end of the summer prior to my sophomore year in highschool. I began as a dishwasher then transitioned to a host/waiter role, this greatly helped me learn good practices in customer service. After a year of working in the front of the restaurant I began taking shifts working as a line cook, during this time my ability to work under pressure was greatly increased. As everything I did at Farmer directly impacted customers I also gained skills in making sure my work is good the first time as if it was not there would certainly be a complaint.

While a part of a larger research group focusing on identity, I work closely with two others, researching Asian American undergraduate experiences and their subsequent relationship with counseling/therapy. By the end of this research I will have provided my own presentation and capstone paper highlighting one aspect of the research which especially interested me.

Working in a local family's pizzeria, with a group closely knit employees, I took orders, served customers, and cooked pizzas. The work at the counter further honed my customer service skills, and with some of the customers being difficult I often found my ability to resolve conflict rising as well. Out of all of the 8 workers at Jimmy's I was the only one whose first language was English and as a result I found myself learning bits and pieces of other languages and cultures improving my communication and teamwork abilities.
