Apprenticeship in the Design and development of Marine craft. Design & Development of various marine craft from traditional timber fishing vessels, economical catamaran work boats to concept high speed military patrol craft. Project management of Client sailing Cat build. Various surveys and independent expert reports for insurance purposes. Also building and fit-out of the above vessels, covering all aspects from lofting through to the marquetry veneering of onboard furniture. Hands on commercial fishing on our family built and run vessel.Currently contracted for the ongoing management and maintenance of the classically gaff rigged schooner "Stereden Ann Esperanz" full teak construction, she is a work of art in her own right.
