Facilities
• Experience coordinating the maintenance and preventative maintenance of buildings, equipment, and security and fire systems. • Familiar with facilities annual budgeting• Expedite all Facilities Work Request in a timely manner on a day to day basis• Responsible for Inspection, Documentation and Maintenance of eye wash stations and fire extinguishers• Provide patch, paint and repairs as needed. Relocate Personnel or equipment• Familiar with shipping & receiving & managing of offsite storage records• Support all Labs with the necessary gases, safety containers, glassware and act as a liaison with external vendors to maintain all operating equipment• Actively manage the handling of all hazardous and biological waste products • Manage the Asset Tagging & Disposal of all equipment• Conduct daily walks, observing & inspection of all buildings & equipment
