Currently serves as an Emergency Management Specialist for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Primarily responsible for rostering, identifying, coordinating and preparing CDC staff experts of the Global Rapid Response Team (GRRT) for responder roles for all types of disasters and emergencies all over the world including staffing of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) within 72 hours. Understands and efficiently executes appropriate roles in the incident management system structure. Manages and maintains SharePoint and other databases to include Preparedness Workforce Management System (PWMS) to develop and maintain Incident Management System documentation such as responders’ information, organizational charts, job boards, and preparedness documentation relating to responder staff responsibilities. Professionally developed with over twenty years of extensive formal training and experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in the United States Army; twelve years of Senior Noncommissioned Officer Experience; ten years of mid-level manager experience; eight years of Technical Writing experience.

• Provides expertise, experience, skills, and necessary credentials to support ALM 2015 implementation. • Services include redesigning and revision of Program of Instruction(POIs); conducting research and analysis of Maneuver Center of Excellence(MCoE) lessons and courses; designing and developing instructional materials and conducting evaluations of learning materials; consulting with MCoE personnel on the design and development of instruction/training materials and products; planning, designing, and/or developing instructional strategies, course materials, instructional assessments, and additional learning materials; conducting an evaluation of completed products after implementation and making revisions based upon evaluation and validation results; and conducting any additional instructional design duties as required or assigned.• Possesses specialized experience as an instructional designer; solid understanding of instructional design approaches, Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. • Experienced in performing analysis, design and development for instruction; conducting task, needs, and audience analyses; writing learning and performance objectives; and applying principles of adult learning and learning styles. • Experienced in using program management, e-learning authoring and development tools; making presentations, and conducting classroom training; and developing assessments to achieve specific goals. • Has the ability to follow processes and procedures for quality assurance and technical accuracy of training material content.

An accomplished executive with over twenty years of practical experience with a proven ability to manage and oversee intelligence operations, production, and training at all levels within the United States Intelligence Community (IC). Formally trained as all-source intelligence analyst, but professionally developed through extensive management training and experience in supervising intelligence surveillance, collection, analysis, operations, and training. A respected leader within Department of Defense(DoD) and the IC, with the superb ability to mold a diverse group of personnel into a team of professionals capable of proficiently providing top quality intelligence products, training, and support to a vast number of stakeholders and agencies in the IC. Possesses the keen ability to initiate executive correspondences for engagement with key Senior Leadership and Military Commanders within DoD.
