Ultimate Workforce Ltd is a privately owned company based in Downham Market, Norfolk, formed by myself in 2006.The company was built with hard work, dedication and my ethos, that there are no problems only solutions. I often quote “If you need staff and need them urgently...no problem… Even if I have to do the job myself…... There are instances where this has been the case......We originally concentrated on providing drivers to the Logistics and transport industry and this remains our speciality.However we diversified into the general labour market after realising that there wasn’t a credible local agency concentrating on GLA licensed labour. Today we have instant access to over 80 specialist drivers and 200 general staff within the respective departments.My team has a deep and specialist knowledge of the industries they serve, with a combined experience of over 100 years.We are fully regulated by the Gang masters Licensing Authority with our unique reference number ULTI0002. which can be cross referenced at www.gla.gov.uk We currently cover Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Suffolk & Essex with plans to expand further afield.I’d love to connect with anybody that may have an interest in working together, either as a client or a member of staff.
