After 28+ years as a Federal employee, I retired so my wife, Julie, and me could move back home to Oklahoma and be closer to our daughters, other family members, and decades-long friends in Oklahoma! I served in the Federal government for over 28 years with an emphasis primarily in civilian personnel management with four different agencies, including one DoD sub-agency. The agencies included U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM); Bureau of Prisons (BOP); Internal Revenue Service (IRS); U.S. Air Force (USAF); and Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA); and the DoD's Defense Human Resources Activity shaping and issuing personnel policy for 800,000 DoD civilian employees.Currently, I am deeply involved in a life-long dream of being a sports broadcaster on both radio and streaming video for both college and high school athletics in Oklahoma. I free-lance on on ad-hoc basis for football, basketball, baseball and softball. Additionally, I have been a public address (PA) announcer for college and high school baseball and softball.
