• Overseeing all quality related action and implementation for business• Managing and updating business quality management system• Managing schedule, preparation and application of all internal audits for business (team of 11 internal auditors)• Preparing and main lead for the business in all external audits (ISO 9001 2015 certified, achieved 1st time with no non conformance's in March 2018)• Leading management review meetings • Dealing with all customer and supplier quality concerns and producing detailed evidence or where applicable business liability using appropriate quality tools (8D’s, 5 why’s, fishbones etc.)• Coordinating all Part Submission Warrants for customer• NPI – Control plans, error proofing, inspection, training• Assist Engineering department with relevant Engineering Change Notes• Managing FAI and ISIR for customers• Planning / Writing / Implementing all QMS processes for business• Handling all customer quality related visits, audits and questionnaires • Managing RMA acceptance, investigation and resolution• Managing quarantined part area for business and being responsible for all outcomes• Providing quality performance reports using KPI’s internally for directors and externally for customers on a monthly basis• Inspecting and testing using hand gauging equipment where appropriate• Coordinating the calibration (externally and internally) of all applicable equipment / tools

• Investigation and resolution for internal quality issues using Corrective action reports, Root Cause, Fishbone and 5WHYS • Manage PFMEA and control plan for business/ Chair meetings internally for process change and documentation updates• Leading internal quality training (material handling, reject guide, grey book etc.) amongst operators• Leading all MSA / CCAR meetings for customer (JLR) in house and driving actions and improvements from beginning to final deadlines• Manage all document control for site and proof reading and signing off of new processes (Work instructions / S.O.P’s)• Measuring, analysing reject data and continuously trying to improve reject rate at site to maintain high standards of FTT• TS 16949 Certified Internal Auditor for business / Managing internal and external audit schedule and preparing business for any external audit from 3rd party companies• Raising Supplier Requests for Engineering Changes to customer

Responsible for leading, driving and completing all internal business operation projects from inception to completion. Tasked with researching and presenting to senior management all possible machine improvements to raise/improve production output. Arranging and leading meetings with external service providers to ensure projects are completed as effectively and safely as possible. Meeting strict deadlines and producing detailed update reports to senior management. Working towards T.S standard certification for the business in the maintenance department. Creating all documentation including product audits, machine error proofing, trend analysis and complete preventative maintenance of all site equipment for the maintenance department and overseeing adherence with regards to achieving to previously mentioned certification. To cover the maintenance engineers on shift in the event of pre-booked holidays and sickness. Currently about to finish multi million pound production line install for Jaguar Landrover which has included travelling around the country and pre-acceptance trips to Germany overseeing project from beginning to end.
