As a Portfolio Consultant I established and maintained CPHs investment portfolio overview, which is now our 3YP.I quality assured input to the investment plan and facilitated Project Board meetings two times per month. I developed reports to CPH’s top management, line management, and the project organisation.Las but not least I evaluated processes and governance to identify opportunities for improvement.

As a Business Analyst at CPH I prepared business cases in cooperation with line management and other project sponsors.I conducted capacity analyses and developed economic decision support models (e.g. on the parking business). Last, but not least, I prepared recommendations to CPHs management team and the BoD regarding new business investments.

Prior to joining Copenhagen Capacity full time, I worked as an assistant for the Director of Development. Among other things, I participated in a project on the development of a dynamic location database for Copenhagen Capacity’s consultants and international investors with an interest in Copenhagen.

As Sergeant First Class and section commander in the Danish Army I held positions as a vehicle commander at an armoured antitank unit and a supply sergeant. Moreover, I participated in the training of conscripts and professional soldiers, and the numerous exercises and my deployment to Bosnia in 1996 has given me experience with management under very difficult and dangerous conditions.
