My current role is Managing Director of Business & Community. We deliver management consulting services throughout Australia. Business and Employment was a Not for profit Organisation I founded in 1990 to provide advice to businesses and to grow employment opporrtunties. From small beginnings I provided 14 years of my life, my passsion, my energy to building this organisation. I retired my position in 2004, sadly leaving behind a great organisation with many memories that will stay with me forever. Pleased to leave behind a strong legacy with over 100 staff, numerous locations accross Tasmania and numerous national Awards for Excellence. A Centennial Medal from former Prime Minister John Howard capped a great ride at the helm of this not for profit I grew from such humble beginnings.
