Responsibilities include: intake, complete desktop/laptop system diagnostics, and customer consultation and repair. Specifically, consult customers to evaluate personalized office and/or home computer system needs; design, customize, and build new computer systems, servers and to maintain lifetime system warranties. Worked as a consultant for data storage administration project. Responsibilities were collecting office data and using data entry to enhance their system organization. The project was completed successfully.

Position included the responsibilities of digitally refurbishing documents such as birth certificates, death certificates, military discharges, land deeds and surveys. These documents were handled by scanning them into the database, “clean” them up by renovating the original text in order for it to become legible, sequencing the related files by removing unnecessary material such as duplicates, and finally by putting the pages into correct order. Once the book of files are created and refurbished, a verification process was in order by making sure that they were the best quality needed before returning to sender. Another process is when the indexes for such files are produced and then confirm that they are accurate. Another job required scanning in photos, magazines, newspaper articles, etc., into our databases to preserve their historical value.
