As a start up company, I had to sign up a group of potential accounts in order to have a sizeable pool of carbon credit. After a year I had 5000 accounts signed up.

Mange accounts for the East Coast of USA and Canada such as Foundry, Sandblast, construction contractors and mining company

Hired as a consultant in 1998 I was promoted to Vice-President in 2000, managed production staff (union) and administration along with the sales department for USA & Canada. With a very good team spirit and lean management, we achieved profitability and attained ISO 9000 Certification.

Started a new division from ground up, negotiated distributions agreement with US manufacturers, managed sales for Quebec and the Maritimes

Reduced operating cost for the recycling department by introducing new procedures and combined the sales and purchasing position while traveling in USA and Canada
