Recruitment and Selection- Planning for recruitment activities and selection process - Sourcing and establish a network of with recruitment agencies, universities, technical schools to facilitate rapid recruitment of talent into the organization.- Carry out new hire survey and exit interviews to improve existing welfare.- Managing the company scholarship programme.Employee Relations – Support in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and activities for the maintenance of healthy employer/employee relationships and high employee morale.Compensation and Benefits - Support in planning, developing, implementing and administering the organisation’s compensation and benefit package.Employee Welfare and Sports - Support in planning, coordinating and implementing various welfare, sports and recreational programmes.Others- Assist in reviewing, formulating and monitoring of HR policies, procedures and work processes to ensure effectiveness of the HR Management function and best practices to achieve optimal productivity.
