Continuing my passion for real estate investing, I find myself devoted to helping others improve their financial situations by assisting them with the purchase or sale of residential and select commercial properties. Long ago, I stopped being a real estate salesman and evolved into a Real Estate Consultant. The difference is critical in choosing an agent to represent your best interest. While some spend all their time trying to "sell" you, I focus on advising and assisting my clients obtain their goals. I am a licensed Broker for the state of Missouri, and a licensed salesperson for the State of Kansas. A graduate of the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, I have served as a corporate property manager with over 120 properties, and I have repeatedly placed in the top ten sales positions of our company. My 40 years of experience in real estate, as a real estate agency owner and owner/manager of over 60 single family home rentals, has given me a unique perspective when assisting home buyers and sellers obtain their housing goals. Others have described me as being extremely loyal and dedicated to serving the best interest of my clients. I prefer to think of myself as just doing the best I can.
