Job Responsibilities1. Manage the business Channel & operation the partnership with Banks (include BOC, ABC, ICBC, CCB, CMB Banks and other city commercial Banks) & Union pay service.2. According the company business plan develop & expend the new channel.3. Control & reduce the cost, enhance profit margins.4. Co-ordination among relevant departments, improving & maintain the banking operational products.5. Responsible for research and manage on the demanding of products (such as online payments, international card acquiring, payable in instalments, etc), cooperate with other product departments to improve the plan and implementation.6. In charge of the project promotions including preliminary marketing research & industry orientation, marketing strategy, negotiation and implementation of all aspects of the follow-up. Achievements：1． In charge of all aspects on direct contact with bankcard association. Direct contact with JCB card association POSP system; Direct contact with Visa/Master card association POSP system, existing bank channel expand for foreign credit card etc. 2. Manage team take all resposible of signed banks channel. Included building contact or keeping friendship with bank’s key personnel , products access, other problem solving. (Whole process can controlled within 3 weeks from quotation to signed the contract) 3. Familiar with the inner structure & process of the bank, successfully complete the project with many banks, coordinate the implementation of the various departments for carry out. 4． Lead the team archive the performance objective, be responsible for the team appraisal & management 5． Good employee of the year

Company cooperater with HSBC for oversea credit card business, the procedures all follow the same as HSBC credit card department. I am the first contact person when my client has the problems. I am incharg of communication & negotiation with (prospedtive) custmers, also the agreement and contract or business terms. I also follow up the training of the cridet machine operater and account issues, in conclusion I can follow my client from very beginning to every aspect they need to gain the company profit target. I have bring my team achieve the company sales target, develop the high profit new client, maintain the good relationship with current client to make the high levels of profitabilitys .(for example, rais the rate, extrarent, reduce the amount of machine). My client include IKEA(China),IHG Group, JinJiang Hotel Group ect.
