Whilst working for DKM I utilised my skills that I had developed from my years as a Paraplanner and put them into action as a Financial Advisor. I enjoyed the preparation and development of strategies that I would construct to help a client improve their overall financial situation and provde them with piece of mind as the moved towards retirement. I continued to maintain the overall site administration of Xplan, but I delegated many of the minor roles involved in the day to day running of the website to others in my team. Below are some of my day to day responsibilities: Prepare financial strategies including but not limited to: o SMSF/Superannuation, Trusts, Investments, Re-Contribution, Transition to Retirement, Centrelink Optimisation Strategies, Insurance Recommendations, including the use of Super- Linked Products, Superannuation Consolidation.• Conduct initial client meetings;• Prepare Xplan Xtools+ (CALM) and Xtools Cashflows• Tailor investment portfolios;• Conduct client reviews;• Respond in a timely manner to any client ad-hoc queries or requests;• Review insurance needs;• Service existing clients;

Responsibilities: • Preparation of Statements of Advice; • Prepare Xplan Xtools+ (CALM) and Xtools Cashflows • Xplan Administrator; • Review clients investments; • Handle Adviser Compliance queries; • Review Licence and Adviser Compliance Reports; • Compliance Presentations; • Provide updates to Advisers on Managed Investment Schemes;

Responsibilities:• Preparation of Statements of Advice;• Prepare Client Review Documents;• Establish new SMSF for clients and prepare investment strategies;• Site Administrator the Xplan website;• Code Xplan Xmerge templates;• Establish and maintain Xplan data feeds;• Data entry for Self Managed Super Funds;• Prepare Deed of Variations, and establish sole SMSF trustee companies;
