CurrentI am thrilled to join Bunzl Distribution as the Regional Vice President of Sales for the R3 division, a role forged amidst a dynamic restructuring to enhance our sales strategies across the Western U.S. — including California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho.In this pivotal position, I spearhead our efforts to drive profitable growth, focusing on enhancing revenue, margin, and customer retention across diverse markets. My role entails ultimate accountability for our strategic and operational sales performance, directing a robust team comprising three Sales Directors, six District Sales Managers, and indirectly oversee a robust team of sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Championing strategic business development and comprehensive sales cycle management to achieve and surpass revenue goals.Utilizing a newly implemented CRM to drive data-informed decisions, fostering an environment that values transparency and continuous improvement.Leading the adoption of innovative sales strategies and technologies, ensuring alignment with our long-term organizational objectives and immediate business needs.Cultivating a customer-centric approach, maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Developing and nurturing top-tier sales talent through rigorous selection, training, and coaching processes, ensuring my team not only meets but exceeds the evolving demands of the market.My commitment extends beyond mere management; I am dedicated to being a catalyst for change—embracing and leading the transformation of our sales culture and practices to better meet the challenges of today’s competitive landscape.As we embark on this journey of transformation and growth at Bunzl Distribution, I am excited to lead my team with a strategic vision, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and exceptional performance.
