Provided planning, management, liaison and coordination support for assessment projects and conducted quantitative and qualitative analysis of solutions to Joint Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance C4ISR requirements. Validated assessment objectives, defines objectives in terms of measurable outcomes using Measures of Suitability (MOS) and Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP), and developed data collection and analysis plans to ensure analytically sound recommendations from each assessment. Directly supported the Department of Defense (DoD) Operational Test Agencies (OTA) and the Joint Systems Integration Command (JSIC) in evaluating the operational readiness of DoD command and control, business, and weapon systems. The majority of these systems were DoD acquisition systems with an Acquisition Category of 1 with the Director of Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) oversight.
