• Lead sales force operational effectiveness and strategic initiatives for Biomedicines Specialty Business Unit. Including: - Sales force targeting and execution, incentives, OPEX, opportunity analysis, Area/District business reviews, and performance assessments - Lead business ownership workshops for sales training classes, and coach sales leaders to improve their skills and capabilities around analytics and gap/opportunity assessments - Manage and lead cross-functional working teams on high priority projects for the VP, Sales Directors, and Brand Leaders
