General Manager
During my tenure at Cunningham’s Pub and Grill, I first held the role of a Server. I was promoted to Bartender and then Assistant General Manager. In my last year of service with Cunningham’s, I was promoted to General Manager. Please see below a description of my must current role and responsibilities. General Manager • Customer retention – great capacity for building relationships and understanding customer needs and wants resulting in high-volume repeat business • Set goals and objections by utilizing sales reports to understand profit and loss. Increased revenue by reducing cost without sacrificing value or lowering standards.• Coordinated with customers and teammates to host large special events and deliver a high-quality experience for our guests• Responded quickly and humbly to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.• Responsible for hiring, training, and collaborating with team members to accomplish sales and customer experience goals• Maintained a positive environment where my teammates could be comfortable and confidant to give great service, due to being prepared and dedicated. • Provided a strong presence in local community and high level of community involvement by restaurant and personnel.
