I was asked to become the general manager in Orlando which was a new five million dollar plant. In my time their I was able to reestablish systems and the Van Dyne Crotty way.

I started in the plant at $7.50 an hour. Nine days later I was asked to ride on a route and two weeks later the Route became mine. I had excellent customer relations and I began selling on the route.
