I have spent years working with computer software and hardware in my own personal experience, diagnosing/ correcting faults and upgrading parts.2 years of customer service experience.My time at Argos included working with customers both at front of house- assisting with products and queries, as well as back of house where I worked efficiently as part of the warehouse team. My work there developed my confidence as well as communication skills with customers and delivering orders within a narrow timescale.At University myself and 2 others held a presentation about the Juno probe mission to Jupiter with an audience of about 20 fellow students, this demonstrates my understanding of working as a team to achieve a common goal as well as working independently by completing my own section. This also improved my presentation ability.
