My role was to assist Daniel (Depot Manager) in the day to day running of the depot, to make sure that each department is fully staffed and running efficiently and to rectify any problems that occur during the day from both staff and customers.My duties are to oversee the running of telesales, cash office, dispatch and goods inwards. I was also required to help out on the phones and grow new and existing customers. I worked closely with both the manager and sales representative to achieve this.I was also responsible for cash collects, collection of monies from account customers, drivers pod sheets, paying of wages and stock shortages and queries.I am also the branches health and safety officer and fire officer.

This was a more advanced role in tele sales. I had more to do with the business building of accounts, I also had my own customers that I looked after and grew on a day to day basis. I was also asked to help out when needed in goods in, dispatch and the cash office. I was given more in depth training into how the depot ran and also the cash procedures in the cash office. I worked more closely with the management team at Bradford and helped them when needed.I was also in charge of the fleet system at Bradford which was to make sure that all the company vehicles from there were in full working order and were all up to date with both servicing and mot's.

I was the sales representative for both Bramley and Rawdon depots. My role involved me business building accounts that were already present and growing new and existing accounts to there full potential. I also had personal targets I had to achieve in promotions and special offers that the company and depots ran. I also worked closely with both depot management teams to help rectify any customer complaints keeping both the depot and customers happy.

My duties were to take orders from account customers over the phone, to serve both the trade and public on the counter and to help out in other areas of the branch when needed. These included warehouse, goods in, dispatch and out driving.

My duties were the day to day running of the shop, taking orders from customers of both trade and retail. To business build those that had accounts with us, the weekly and monthly collection of monies related to these accounts. Also the daily banking and stock control of the shop.

My role as an assistant night manager/night auditor was to control all aspects of the running of the hotel which included reception, bookings, bar, restaurant and conference events. I was also solely responsible for all the monies that were handed in by the relevant departments. We had a number of staff in the different departments that worked through the night and I was responsible for the working practises of all members of staff.
