Directed and supervised 23 technicians of Combat Systems Fire Control division in the maintenance, operation, repair, and inspection of the world’s most advanced maritime radar and missile system. Also served as human resources manager for every aspect of division's professional development. Oversaw the correction of hundreds of system failures during an extensive combat system upgrade ensuring the ship was able to track air contacts and shoot missiles with a new weapon system. Facilitated thousands of hours of essential equipment maintenance prior to initial operational tests which were critical to the success of the multimillion dollar upgrade to the Aegis Weapon System.

Led the administrative, maintenance, and day to day work scheduling of 87 personnel through a challenging maintenance schedule and accomplished all set milestones well ahead of schedule. Oversaw the removal and proper distribution of $10 million worth of equipment to organizations in the defense industry. Directed the material rehabilitation and inspection of 135 departmental office, work, and living spaces ensuring Operations department completed every maintenance checkpoint on time.

Led 20 personnel in the maintenance, operation, and repair of electronic warfare systems, weapons, ammunition, and explosives in support of 1300 Sailors and Marines. Oversaw the collection and dissemination of hundreds of tactical electronic intelligence reports enhancing the overall electronic intelligence picture in support of global operations. Led Quality Assurance Team with inspecting 350,000 lbs of ammunition with zero accounting errors. Additionally, led 30 Sailors of the Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) team in joint anti-piracy operations and assisted in apprehending 9 suspected pirates and releasing a merchant cargo ship and crew from their control.
