Opening and closing of the store. I was head of recruitment and staff training, along with organising any additional out of house training that was required. I was in charge of the staff rota. Fully compitant with the running of back and front of house equpitment, processes, and due diligence. Liaising with owners of any updates and business ideas that we could implement to ensure a steady increase in profitability. I was in charge of daily takings and banking.This role gave me insight into the physical workings of running and owning a business. Also a comprehensive overview of how adaptable and resilient I can be.

In my role I would secure new sales leads (B2B) , maintain customers loyalty and ensure future business opportunities with them. Assist and resolve any issues, if they did present themselves in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring both businesses are of benifit. I would capture relivent information required, and maintain customer accounts and databases. I would meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a professional and mutually benificial business relationship.During this role I had learnt the importance of positive customer relations, and the impact it can have on a business. I also honed in on my customer service skills and the art of data management, organising, and adapting to changing times.
