My most passionately held belief is that if you help people access and adhere to the right therapies, you will improve their health and impact downstream costs. I bring 20+ years of healthcare experience to my current role as President of EmpiRx Health, the industry’s only value-based pharmacy benefits manager (PBM). I am responsible for furthering the organization’s position as a driver of transformative change in pharmacy benefits, and delivering on its mission to build and grow a highly elastic and resilient value-based healthcare company. Prior to EmpiRx Health, I spent 16+ years in various leadership positions at Omnicell, most recently overseeing the launch of EnlivenHealth as General Manager. Under my leadership, the EnlivenHealth division piloted numerous successful product launches and groundbreaking partnerships, harnessing technology to transform health and business outcomes. The expertise and insights gained throughout my career have offered me opportunities to serve as an in-demand thought leader; I regularly share my thoughts and perspectives across leading healthcare conferences and industry events, and have been featured nationally on Good Morning America, Univision, and CNBC.
