• Planned, prepared, and executed lessons in a class of 18 students centered around themed units including kindness, creative arts, health and anatomy, Black history and Women’s history.
• Engaged daily with parents and families in English and Spanish about what class lessons were about and how their child is doing both academically and behaviorally.

• Created fact sheets, tables and flyers focused on CCSF student enrollment trends that were presented and used during Board of education meetings.
• Conducted community outreach to raise awareness about school policies, made public comments during Board of Education meetings, and helped create petitions based on events at CCSF.
• Organized a class curriculum structure to be presented to the Department Chair for approval.
• Spearheaded research regarding Phelan Ave that was successfully used to change the name to Frida Kahlo Way.
• Spoke on 2 workshops with 10 transfer students to help their transition from CCSF to SFSU.
