Our firm’s mission is to “restructure the norm” in the industry by going beyond the standard of client care to acquire and maintain repeat clients. We pride ourselves in being exceptionally responsive to our client’s needs and our aggressive “can do” mentality distinguishes us from the standard. We devote ourselves to developing smart, innovative solutions that meet each client's long and short-term goals.My responsibilities as President at Speight, Marshall & Francis include structural design, project management, supervision, construction administration, inspection and quality control for production of construction documents and to assure quality control is maintained during construction. In addition, my extensive experience affords me the opportunity to serve as Expert Witness for litigation. Responsibilities also include conducting structural investigations and performing subsequent research and writing reports to convey findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for repair. Project types worked on includes, but is not limited to: schools, office buildings, warehouses/storage, industrial/manufacturing and processing facilities, universities, religious, retail, single and multi-family housing, mixed-use, healthcare, historic structures, recreation, parking structures, cultural, and marine/waterfront structures.
