I collaborated with senior leadership to define this role at IDEO. I led various client relationships at strategic and execution levels and mentored future leaders to successfully take on the Design Director role at IDEO. I elevated IDEO's standing as a thought leader in the mobility segment by envisioning and leading the acclaimed Future of Automobility series. The series explored the future of moving people, things, spaces, and together in a shared mobility context. This work attracted several key mobility clients to the firm.

In this role, I advocated for digital design excellence across diverse business contexts, inspiring IDEO's design community and ensuring the delivery of exceptional work. I helped lead and grow the interaction design discipline, recruiting and mentoring a diverse mix of Interaction Designers while helping to evolve the discipline globally. During this time, I immersed myself in a startup for a year as their Senior UX Design Director, working collaboratively with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align the product vision and overseeing the successful implementation of the QUE e-reader user experience. Clients include BMW, Chase, Google, Grainger, Honda, SAP, and Toyota Robotics.

Collaboratively defined product and service road maps, established user experience principles, led visual interaction design efforts and created prototypes for user testing to validate new user experiences.
