He then joined Metricon prior to setting up Porter Davis homes with his two partners, which became a household name in new building developments, not only for its speed of growth but unique financing arrangements; helping more families access the property market.Since this time, he has joined and/or founded and exited several more development companies, (Carter Grange and Arden homes, to name a few) leaving all of them achieving growth and leaving his legacy of scale from his years of expertise and knowledge.
