This system created a stronger internal communication process and which lead to a much better employee experience. (2020)- Assisted in the Expansion of our Lending Coverage by going from 4 states to 46 States Approved to lend in which has increased our Market Share (2021 & 2022)- Fully Delegated FHA Lender (2022) - Passed all Test Cases with the Partnership of our Head of Credit Risk that I helped recruit to our firm. - Fully Delegated VA Lender (2022) - Approved Fannie Mae Direct Seller (2022) - Internally worked with our Sr Leadership team and we officially passed all requirements to obtain the status of Fannie Mae Direct Seller- Increased Client Recapture Rate by implementing a new CRM and working closely with our Marketing Manager, which I helped recruit to our firm, to implement Journey's for every lead and client that has ever interacted with us.
