- Oversee IT Implementations to practices throughout the UK from initial practice contact through to post implementation review. - Ensure all processes relating to the implementation are followed correctly and to set deadlines and having full awareness of the status of each process, escalating any issues where necessary. - Lead, motivate and coach roll out teams, ensuring implementations are smooth and successful. - Ensure any changes landed within our practices are done so empathetically, and expectations are set at the earliest opportunity. - Collaborate with peers to continually feedback and improve the roll out processes. - Liaise with and shape strong working relationships with 3rd party - Main and first point of contact for the practice throughout the implementation process - Liaison between the practice and other internal departments and 3rd party suppliers - Ensure data migrations are timely and accurate - Main point of contact for practice staff for all implementation tasks and liaison between the prac tice and other departments/ 3rd parties where necessary - Reporting any potential issues to the Lead Implementation Manager - Post implementation review and feedback - First point of contact during final rollout processes prior to and during system go live - Maintain and update all implementation documentation for each implementation - Manage go live issues

• To build and maintain strong working relationships with all Zonal departments, customers and third party associates• The install and configuration of hardware and software in customer sites according to specific scenarios, ensuring installations are carried out efficiently and effectively.• Technical support and troubleshooting for a team of 15+ during rollouts of 600+ sites• Customer training and support on the product/s as per their custom specifications• Direct interaction with customers on behalf of Zonal• Ability to advise customers and troubleshoot, through understanding installation processes for Aztec • To take ownership of own personal development and champion individual assigned projects where applicable, seeking continuous improvement.• Being placed under time-pressured installs for first time customers, in which, my ability to work under pressure and successfully complete the given tasks with professionalism and attention to details, made so that I built a trust between the customers and Zonal which meant a great achievement for both.During this period I have also conducted full roll-outs for customers such as Virgin Trains West Coast, where I have had direct interaction with the customer and third party contractor, liaising over stock reports/control and install schedules on behalf of the Zonal Project Management, making it a smooth and very successful roll-out of 85/100 train installs.
