I have worked for Lehman Roberts since in 1982. Started my employment in Plant maintains with task ranging from learning to weld, run small cranes, mechanic drives, man lifts and fork lifts. Early on we did a lot of fabricating for our plant and in time acquired some equipment to speed up and cut cost. I moved on to operating asphalt plants with task ranging from time, material, truck logistics, operate different types of heavy equipment, electrical controls, Computer based controls and trouble shooting electrical problem. As a Supervisor gained working knowledge with hot oil healers, plant burners, plant maintains, supervising maintains crews and ordering parts.Had the Opportunity managing the installation of two new complete Asphalt plants from the ground breaking to producing mix.Equipment operating and experience range from Rubber Tire Loaders (930-980), Dozers (D6-D8), Track Hoe (230-380), Skid Steers, Forklift Telescope Boom and Aerial/Scissors lift platforms
