In charge of doing geology exploration and development of the mine, to find new veins, sampling, to analyze and evaluate, upon results, the profitability of the project.The mine was mainly focused on gold, but due to the fact that the mine was also rich in minerals such as silver, copper, lead and zinc, we are now exploring this type veins, we have found so far veins rich on zinc and copper, and we are producing material from this new works.To determine if the mine can be mechanized.To increase the daily production, at the moment we started at 1 dumptruck a week or 20 metric tons, and now we are producing one truck a day, and our aim is to reach 3 to 4 dumptrucks a day or 60 to 80 metric tons a day.And finally to find the best metallurgic process for the material extracted from the mine, such as cyanide, flotation, differential flotation, and gravimetric concentration.To control the crushing and analyze the material for the best metallurgic process whether leaching, gravimetric and flotation.To control the Flotation process of the milled material, blending, of gold and copper concentrates, quoting and selling the concentrate.To control the leeching process.Smelting.To quote and commercialize the final product, as a Cooper and Gold concentrate. We have an import license!!!

From 2008 until 2010 I worked as an Assistant Manager and Interpreter for the Mine Superintendent at Elipe, for Bob Anderson and Wayne CaldwellMy duties were, as an interpreter, to translate order and directions to co-workers, either to the Mine Superintendent or to the Mine Managers, as well as the Shift Chiefs, that included for me to go underground to the mechanized mine, to every labor, work face, and communicate back and forth between the Chief and co-workers.My duties as an assistant manager, were to translate conversations, documents, or to complete any task given.From 2011 to 2013, I was the assistant of the Mechanical Superintendent Anthony Caddorette.My duties were to translate conversations and orders to the mechanical crew.Here I also was in charge of, spare parts replenishment, international quotations and purchase of all the Machinery inventory stock, Atlas Copco, Doosan, Caterpillar, TamRock, Jhon Deere, Front Scoop Loaders from and to 100/200/250/500/750 yards, Compressors such as IngersollRand, eycI was in charge of preparing a monthly Budget for the spare parts, quote, approve and order this part, received them, and fill in the stock report.I would make a budget, get it signed and approved by the mine managers, send it to Dynasty Mining in Canada, send them the quotations and Order Numbers so they could pay and get the parts moving from either USA or Europe to Ecuador.When Anthony was on vacations or on his normal days off, I stayed on his behalf, in charge of this department.
