The main goal of the “Piet Hein” is to keep this sailing National Maritime inheritance in his original state. Through the hard work and enthusiasm of all the volunteers the foundation is able to achieve this goal. Salvage Master for the wreck removal of the VLCC Amuriyah Wreck Removal Project in Iraq. In this role I was responsible for the start up and execution of the safe removal of the wreck in way of the ABOT terminal. This terminal exported 80% of the crude from IRAQ and the operations were planned around the tanker loading operations.Salvage Master for various operations such as: Canadian Miner, International Carrier, Baltic Ace, Terry Tres etc
